Hi everyone! I’m Hayley, the Salon Director of PRISM! I love helping the team and every guest that walks through our doors thrive! While I don’t do hair (yet) I’ve been in the industry my entire life, growing up working for my parents who own multiple salons in the Northern Virginia area since I was 14! I also have a Bachelors from VCU that I received in 2024! I love applying all aspects of my life to my role and have a passion for people (aka I’m a huge extrovert). When I’m not in the salon you can find me at your nearest thrift store, cuddling my cat Wallace, or at my next concert or trip with friends!
