Ashley S. is the absolute best. I’ve been getting Brazilian Blowouts done for 12 years now and since moving to Virginia it has been really hit or miss with stylists I have gone to. The search is over- I found my hair stylist and my salon and I’m never looking back. She listened to my concerns, did everything I asked and more. She is a true artist and such an amazing human all in one package. I felt so heard while I was there and felt so great when I left. Honestly words cannot express how amazing she is. Thank you a million times over!

Also, a huge shoutout to Haley. She assisted me when I first called to make an appointment. Listened to what I really needed and paired me up with Ashley. Haley was also there when I arrived today and I felt so welcomed the second I walked in. Her personality was so authentically wonderful and started the whole experience off with an amazing start.

Thank you both for making today absolutely perfect.

I've been seeing Ryann here for the last year or so, she is an amazingly sweet person and an amazing stylist. Last year I booked an appointment in September, I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and knew I was looking at losing some (if not all) of my hair. I went in without any real idea of what I wanted or what I should do, and Ryann not only let me essentially trauma-dump on her for about 10 minutes (sorry about that! 😂), but she helped me bounce around ideas for a cut that would help me transition. We landed on a bob-ish style that was SO cute! Treatment is now over, I got lucky and kept the majority of my hair and I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks!

I got have gotten two haircuts with Brittany at Prism and this is no exaggeration when I say they have been the best haircuts of my life. She does an incredible job consulting at the beginning of the cut and ensuring that she understands exactly what I want. The wash includes a scalp massage that could put you to sleep. The haircut itself is thorough and she does a great job adding layers. I have incredibly thick hair and she uses techniques that make my hair feel 5 pounds lighter. The salon itself is friendly and fun and offers refreshments while you wait. To summarize, go to Prism! You won’t regret it!
