Our Apprentice program is designed for new talent ready to take the next step in their professional journey. As an Apprentice Stylist at PRISM HAIR, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced stylists, gaining hands-on experience in real-time services while continuing to grow your technical skills, guest communication, and confidence behind the chair.
This role is ideal for licensed or soon-to-be licensed professionals who are passionate about learning, excited to work with all hair textures and identities, and thrive in a collaborative, inclusive salon culture. Apprentices are mentored throughout every service, with regular feedback and growth milestones designed to prepare you for long-term success as a full-time stylist.
